I'M LISA.
I started The Women’s Leadership Table because I believe every woman deserves a seat, a voice, and the tools to lead well, without burning out or blending in.
With years of experience in leadership and my current role as COO at Here Comes The Guide, I know what it takes to grow, lead, and make a real impact—while also building a life that brings you joy.
Whether you’re stepping into your first leadership role or navigating your next big chapter, I’ll help you lead authentically and strategically—with a few laughs along the way.
When I’m not coaching or leading ops, you’ll likely find me on the tennis court, painting in my sunroom, or testing out a new gluten-free recipe. I'm a proud mom of three adult kids (plus two wonderful children-in-law), and I never miss a Saturday farmers market—or a Longhorns game. Hook 'em!
